Amazed by Coldplay, A Head Full of Dreams Tour in Singapore

This amazing day happened along time ago exactly March 31st, 2017, but i think it’s worth to share one of my best moments that happened in 2017.

Who doesn’t know Coldplay?

Yup, last year somehow i managed to reach one of my bucketlists, watching Coldplay live. Even up until now, I can’t believe that i attended to Coldplay’s concert. After Coldplay announced they would return after 8 years to perform in Singapore on April 1 2017, i was shocked and excited!!! Immediately i looked for friends who were really interested to watch Coldplay, too. Let’s begin with,

Ticket War

To get the ticket,  it was a miserable thing, hours of virtual queue, I used 3 gadgets (2 of my Laboratory’s computer and my phone plus three of my friends with their laptops and handphones, can u imagine?? :((. And We’ve fallen in the first war, still stuck in virtual queue for hours then suddenly the tickets were sold out before we even chose the seats. (virtual queue – seat selection – payment). Suddenly “ when you tried your best, but you don’t succeed” really got us.

Not long after that, Sporthub announced that Coldplay had their 2nd show on March 31st, so we got the chance again!! And OF COURSE we got the tickets :)))

The day was finally here, We were really excited!!

Coldplay opened the show with A Head Full Of Dreams as their first song. Hearing Chris Martin’s voice for the first time live, i felt goosebumps all over my body. The moment the concert started, our LED wristbands transformed the venue into an enchanting display of lights, which flickered in sync with the songs. Not to mention, the laser shows, the pyrotechinc, the balloons and the star-shaped confetti (even we didn’t touch it lol) we left in awe. Both new and old songs from Coldplay made us feeling nostalgic. The moment they sang Fix You and Everglow, i was speechless it was very unreal and real at the same time :’)

It was really amazing. It was unreal. It was a magical night. What people (whoever that has watched Coldplay live) said was true, “You have to watch Coldplay live atleast once in a lifetime or you will regret it”

I know we were not in the best seat to watch Coldplay. Probably, some people said “Better watch it in Youtube”.But that is what envious people said hahaha #justkidding. The most important thing was we managed to feel the incredible atmoshphere that can not be felt elsewhere. Being physically there in one place as them and got the chance to feel sucha amazing ambience made me couldn’t ask for more!

*the reason why i recorded some of it (i uploaded just two videos because the connection is so bad right now) because i can have memories, so i can take a look someday with smiling on my face, “I made it”. I didn’t want to record the whole concert anyway so what is wrong having personal documentation about concerts? Hehe :)

One more thing that amazed me was the system of staff, teams, securities and commitee handling the event, they were very informative and (real) well-organized.

Well, not a single doubt has crossed my mind that A Head Full of Dreams is definitely THE BEST concert i’ve ever seen. It was one hell of remarkable night that you could never be missed. Thankyou Coldplay for putting such an amazing show that made me fall in love with you guys all over again. See you soon, Coldplay.. (Amin)

Lalala Fest 2016 | Lalala Fest 2018

Gara2 ngelihat postingan itu di official akun instagram @lalalafest jadi tertarik buat ngebahas Lalalafest tahun 2016 karena sangat berkesan. Dalam arti baik atau buruk nih? Just keep reading!

Nah itu poster Lalalafest tahun 2016 yan bertajuk "The First International Forest Festival" hari sabtu, 5 November 2016 di Pine Forest Cikole Lembang. The reason why i bought the ticket, of course karena Kodaline, dan didukung juga artis-artis lain yang bertaraf internasional maupun nasional serta konten promosi di IG mereka menarik, acara festival ala ala di hutan gitu. I bought the early entry ticket seharga Rp 520.000 termasuk ppn 30% (ppn nya gede juga ya.....)

Banyak penonton termasuk saya sendiri berekspetasi acaranya bakal seru dan menyenangkan deh pokoknya, tapi ternyata ada beberapa hal yang kacau bikin badmood deh intinya *yang kesana pasti ngerti rasanya*

Akses menuju venue

My friends and I kebetulan belinya yang early entry ticket semua (kalo gasalah closed gate buat early entry jam 3 siang, kalo telat kenal pinalti 200rb *mehong ya pinaltinya :) ) nah jadinya kita otw jam set 11 siang, ke lembang itu makan waktu sejam sampai 2 jam, nah kita uda prediksiin bakal kena ekstra macet 1-2 jam. Prediksi kita ya paling engga sebelum jam 3 uda disana.

Kami uda masuk wilayah lembang jam set2 siang, itu macetnya minta ampun deh, gerak paling tiap 10-15 menit sekali, itu pun berapa meter doang. Emang gara-gara banyaknya kendaraan dan ditambah hujan sebentar, ya walaupun ga deres banget. Nah katanya nih denger2, pihak promotor engga koordinasi sama pihak polisi untuk antisipasi skenario kalo volume kendaraannya udah over.

Mulai panik pas uda jam set3, sayang banget kalo harus bayar pinalti, tapi mau gimana lagi bener2 stuck padahal sbnernya tinggal beberapa Km doang menuju tempat parkir.  Untuk mengurangi rasa panik, kami mulai baca komen2 netijen yang pedasss dan kocak hahaha ternyata banyak banget pembeli early entry maupun kategori yang lain yang posisinya masih terjebak macet, ya intinya mereka nulis di kolom komentar minta diundurin jam closed gatenya, ngeluh macetlah dll. Dan ternyata di respon sama pihak Lalala Fest dengan baik, diundur jadi jam 4. Tapi ternyata jam 4 kami masih belum sampai juga karena emang bener-bener macet yang diem gitu. Mungkin kayaknya pihak panitia ngerti jadi nge announce lagi diundur jadi jam 5 atau jam 6 ya lupa. SOoo, it took about 6 hours to reach the venue :(

Parkir

Pas masih stuck kena macet uda mulai keliatan orang-orang yang give up, akhirnya parkir di sekitar situ dan mulai jalan kaki. Nah kami memutuskan buat sampai ke tempat parkiran yang ada sign parking area, kita parkir di suatu kantor, disitu dimintain biaya parkir juga yang itungannya lumayan. Trus info sama temen yang uda sampe duluan mereka parkir di lapangan mana gitu, jadi narik kesimpulan  mungkin salah parkir atau official parking areanya banyak. 

Uda gitu kita nungguin shuttle buat ke venuenya. Nah disini shuttlenya angkot, entah emang angkot atau bukan, gatau tapi nunggunya juga lama, setelah nglihat banyak yang memutuskan untuk jalan kaki jadinya ikutan jalan kaki karena kata aa' parkirannya bilang cuma tinggal 1km-an lagi buat ke venue.

Sepertinya diboongin soalnya uda jalan sekilo masih jauh belum sampe juga. Huh. Akhirnya memutuskan untuk naik ojek. Fyi, banyak warga lokal yang tetiba jadi ojek dadakan. Dan akhirnya kita sampaiii tanpa kena pinalti. Yeay

Lumpur

Pas masuk uda mulai gelap, gabisa deh foto2 lucu haha bisadeng tapi hasilnya gaada yang bagus, ternyata sebagian besar tanah venuenya uda jadi lumpur, karena ternyata pas kami terjebak macet, di venuenya hujan cukup deras. Panitia antisipasinya di taburi jerami (mending banyak) ini sedikit doang. Haduh

When the night came, the situation got worse. Why? Penerangan minim, alhasil sign buat ke stage, atau stand makanan, toilet dll ga kebaca banget. Mana lokasi antar stage-stand dll itu cukup jauh. Ditambah tetiba ujan. Jadi parah, lumpur banget terutama menurutku di wilayah stand makanan minuman, itu gilak sepatu kayak nancep2 gitu tiap jalan.

Miskomunikasi antar panitia

Ini nyebelin sih. Asli. Soalnya aku sendiri ngalamin. Jadi layanan disana pake cashless system semacam top up dulu gitu di wrist band. Aku ngisi saldo 150rb, dan make buat makanminum 75rb. Nah sisa 75rb dongg. Kekesalan berawal pas mau ng refund, aku sama temen2 sengaja refund sebelum Kodaline tampil, jadi pas uda kelar tinggal pulang aja gausah ngantri2. Yauda tuh kami ke tempat top up awal, di situ panitia bilang refund nya di stand bawah, yauda tuh kita ke bawah lagi. Jaraknya lumayan agak turun dengan medan lumpur *can u imagine* begitu dibawah dibilangnya di stand top up, eh yauda tuh kita ke atas lagi, sampai di atas dibilang dibawah lagi. Asli ngeselin ini miskomnya parah. Mau protes tetep aja dibilangnya dibawah. Nah karena stage utama uda mulai full banget yauda kita mutusin buat ngambilnya pas kelar Kodaline perform.

Kelar Kodaline perform akhirnya kita ke stand yg dibawah lagi, pas kita ngotot ngejelasin kalo yang panitia stand atas bilangnya disini, akhirnya si panitianya ngehubungin panitia diatas dengan walkie talkienya. Dan akhirnya si panitia ini mau nge refund, harusnya kembali 75rb eh cuma dikasih 50rb alasannya ga ada uang pecahan 25rb. Hehe yauda ikhlas.

Gak lama itu stand penuh dan akhirnya closed, katanya untuk sistem refund bakal di info in lewat instagram mereka. Sistem refund nya diadain di 2 tempat, Jakarta dan Bandung tanggal 18 dan 19 November. Tanggal 5 ke 18. Kelamaan. Untung deh uda refund duluan.

Rundown

Ini sih yang kata orang-orang kacau. Jadwal performnya ngaret banget dan katanya ada yang gajadi tampil malah, tapi gatau siapa soalnya kan aku emang ke skip juga performance guest stars yang di rundown tertulis mulai jam 1 siang. Di stage utama harusnya Maliq tampil jam 5 sorean nah ini jadi malem. Jadi emang bener bener ngaret.

Akhirnya yang ditunggu-tunggu tiba, Kodaline, band asal Irlandia membuka perfoming mereka dengan lagu "One Day". Teriakan histeris penonton yang merasa terbayar sehabis basah kuyup kehujanan dan berpijak di atas kubangan lumpur selama berjam-jam mengiringi sapaan Steve Garrigan "Bandung, we love Bandung". Seneng banget rasanya sehabis ngelihat mereka perform secara langsung, terbayar sudah macet, hujan dan lumpur :)

Overall menurutku Lalala Fest itu konsep dan temanya menarik, walaupun emang kurangnya perhatian terhadap kenyamanan penonton. Dan ga dipungkiri lagi, hasil kinerja dilihat dari feedback para penoton. Setelah acara kelar, banyak sekali penonton yang memberikan feedback negatif tentang acara Lalalafest. Mulai dari complain macet menuju venue, kurangnya shuttle, parkirnya jauh, miskom panitia, rundown, refund token dan tenda hingga komentar-komentar diluar acara itu sendiri. Pihak LalalaFest akhirnya memberikan penjelasan dan meminta permohonan maaf.

Setelah pihak LalalaFest announce bahwa akan ada Lalala Fest 2018, berharap banget pihak Lalala Fest mempersiapkan semuanya ga hanya dari teknis panggung maupun guest stars list tapi juga dari kenyamanan dan keselamatan penonton sehingga hal-hal yang terjadi di Lalala Fest 2016 engga bakal terulang lagi.

Guest star pertama yang diumumin itu Oh Wonder, jujur cuma tau 2-3 lagu mereka, jadi belum ada alasan banget buat beli tiketnya. BUTTT if in the nearest future, they announce guest stars that i'm dying to watch, there is no reason not to buy the ticket.☺

Smapa League

Hey!! i'm gonna tell you about my school who always make this event every year called Smapa League. Each class participate with one team. And of course the rest of their class member support them when they play. Last league, my team class played very well eventhough we were only up to per eight rounds. But what can i say again, my class is the best! we won in our own little world haha...

My 16

Hey hey! last january i grew up older yeah i turned to 16 on 16th January, it was on my study tour to Bali and you know what? i'm really really freakin' glad and i was so damn happy i could celebrate and spend that day with my beloved friends, ;friends from bali and semarang, too. cool!; So in the middle of the night they gave me suprises, i blew some cakes and apples with 16 candles on top of it, it was really suprising but so made me grateful and happy! but during the day something pissed me off urghhh but in the evening i could be back again. My friends knew how to do it haha. In that evening i treated them all for having an early dinner together hehe we had so much fun there! Thank God i'm still alive. Thanks to God, mom and dad,brother and sister, all of my friends and thanks to all of you for your greets, wishes, shake hands and gifts for me, that means a lot to me. What can i say again, i am so happy!

Too bad, i don't have the pictures of me when i got surprised. It were on my friend's camera but later when i get it i will show yaaa. See ya in the next post

Devi 17th Birthday

Hey everyone! like i told you that i'm going to tell ya what happened when i was in Bali. So first day when we arrived we went to Tanah lot and some gift stores then my long-time-no-see-friends picked me up at Bali barong. We were about to have dinner together and Devi treated all because it was her birthday. It supposed that Devi would celebrate it without me because on her birthday i was not there, i mean i had not arrived in Bali yet .But because she is a really good friend she postponed that day so i could come. Too bad i can't join my friends to give her surprise but she said that my arrival there was very meaningful to her and she was very happy, the others were so happy, too and of course I was so happy excited and words can't describe enough hehe. By the way, of course i gave her gifts, a dress and an album book. My friends got it too from me although some of it were not finished yet -___- ;lack of time, i guess; so here it is...

We are beautiful. Aren't we ? hahaha so see ya in the next post

Study Tour 2012

Hey readers! aaah i miss this blog. Like i told you in the last post, alot event is about to come yeaaa so first i wanna share about my study tour to Bali, from 14-18 Januari, those days were really amazing! And the most important things, the most that i wanted to go to bali because.. yes! i met my friendss, we haven't met for like 6 monts since i moved to semarang. I was so happy that days! Thanks God <3

New Year, Something Different

Heyyy people, what's up? first i wanna say Happy New Year to all of you, may God blesses us always and hopefully this year will be better than last year. Amin. So i made some resulations/goals/wish. I wrote some of it in my little note. And i hope i can make it come true. I just want to be forever happy :D anyway do you see anything different? yeah i changed something in my blog. Is it good or bad? hmmm i don't know but i think it's simple. Simple is good. Maybe i'll change it again but it depends of my point of view :p. And This is January, i always wait for it! it will gonna be my month! my 16! haha alots event are about to come include about my study tour to my hometown, Bali!

Mother's Day

Hellaaaaa last week, exactly on 22nd, it was mother's day. Have you said "happy mother's day" to your mom? :D you know "happy mother's day" words even that simply words could make your mom knows that you love her. So happy mother's day to all mom around the world ;)

Hmmm i feel bad i didn't give something to my mom because it was our holiday in Bandung. But the point is , i told her happy mother's day and i love her so much. Last year i gave her cupcakes and there was "happy mother's day" written on it, too bad i lost the picture ;( im sorry mom i couldn't make you proud right now but i promise i will. So here it my beautiful mom, my hero <3

Love your mother no matter what. Even she gives you that "speech" but actually its for your own. She gives you everything and she would do everything for you. To make you happy. She always there since you were a baby! so appreciate her! make her proud!

Selamat Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1432 H :)

Hello there fasting is over and of course Lebaran! Yeay. sebulan penuh gue batal puasa kira2 6 hari karna berhalangan. Sebulan penuh nahan emosi walaupun mungkin ada yang gak bisa hehe *peace so tadi pagi uda ngelaksanain sholat id deket rumah itu sesuatu banget. Dan jelas kerasa bulan puasa & lebaran ini lebih kerasa maknanya daripada tahun lalu. Semoga di hari nan fitri ini,semoga tuhan melimpahkan rahmat dan kedamaian kpd umatnya."selamat idul fitri mohon maaf lahir dan bathin. Selamat Hari Raya Idul Fitri semua :) maafin aku ya kalo punya salah mulai dari nol lagi ya ;) Sorry for any of you that maybe ever feeling hurt by what I've ever done and what I've ever said.
